General Issues:
What is CPM Advertising?

CPM stands for Cost Per Thousand impressions. A dedicated cost is spent for every thousand impressions. For advertisers looking to sell their products and services and for those publishers looking to monetize their websites, CPM is one of the most beneficial types of ad networks.

Why can't I run or resume my campaign?

This is probably due to:

  • Does your account have sufficient funds? Just add funds to your account and you can proceed with your campaign.
  • Is your newly submitted Promo URL still under review? Please wait 1-2 days for our review.
  • Is the minimum CPM of your targeted available traffic adjusted? Please adjust your minimum CPM too to proceed with your campaign.
What can I see in the report?

The campaign summary provides data that will help analyze the campaign performance by providing information on Average CPM, Impressions, Costs, Total Budget, Remaining Budget and Status. You are also able to see the detailed report by clicking on the "Detail Report" icon.

What does the campaign status mean?

There are 6 campaign statuses as below.

  • Running – The campaign is running normally;
  • Paused – The campaign is paused by Advertiser, and Advertiser can resume it anytime.
  • Pending – The campaign is under review. This is probably because a newly submitted URL is under review by us. Please wait 1-2 business day(s) for our review;
  • Ended – The budget limit is used up. You can still add budget to the campaign and resume it.
  • Insufficient Funds – The account balance is depleted. Please add funds to your account to make your campaign active.
  • Deleted – The campaign is deleted by Advertiser. You can still check the past performance of the campaign but you cannot resume it.
Why am I not able to access “Contextual Link”?

Only “Pop Under” and “Contextual Pop” are running currently. Other advertising services will be launched shortly. Please keep an eye out for our promotional messages for more information about these other services.

About Campaign:
How do I get my Advertising Campaign started?

You must have an advertiser account before creating an advertising campaign. An advertising campaign is used for setting up promotional activities to your targeted promo URL with specific traffic source. You can also set your target CPM, budget, and traffic limit for your promotion.

To get your campaign started, all you need to do is buying your targeted traffic or keywords. Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account too.

What is a Promo Code?

A Promo Code is a specific code for advertisers who are using a Coupon Package discount on Adoori. Each Coupon Package can be used only once with a maximum budget limit of US$100. And the budget cannot be changed after it is created. (Sure you can still pause it, you just cannot add budget to it.) In other words, there is a cap for using the promo code. Once the cap is hit, it will be charged back at normal price. Please note that there is an expiry date applying with each Coupon Package.

Who can enjoy the Coupon Packages?

With Promo Code, users can enjoy Coupon Packages to test the traffic quality. Promo Code can be either found on Adoori’s ads on Internet or on the flyer distributed to visitors during trade shows and exhibitions.

Which countries can I target?

Our traffic from over 200 countries covers most area in the world. This allows you to easily reach your targeted customers and locations globally.
We have a list with minimum bidding rate (minimum CPM) showing the Available Traffic. The list will be updated from time to time. You may keep yourself posted in that section.

What is bidding in a campaign?

Bidding refers to the CPM of your campaign. You can modify your bidding anytime even while the campaign is running. However, you cannot set the bidding lower than the minimum bid of the targeted traffic. Our system will automatically display the advertisement with a higher bid. Thus a higher bid will get you higher traffic.

What is campaign budget and how should I set it?

Good budget control helps you build a marketing strategy. Our system allows you to set a specific budget for a campaign. Campaign activity will be ended when the budget is hit or your account balance is depleted. Our system will not over charge the budget the you have set. You can also set an unlimited budget for a campaign, which means that your campaign will be running as long as your account has a positive balance.

Please be reminded that keeping track on your account balance is important. Make sure your account has sufficient funds to support your promotional campaigns or else they will be on hold once your account balance reaches zero. For more effective campaign spending, we recommend you add to the budget once your account balance reaches US$50.

What is Traffic Limit in a campaign?

Traffic limit is provided to allow you to have a better control on traffic activities. The traffic your site gets from advertising with Adoori will not go over that amount hourly. You can set the upper limit of the traffic hourly or leave it defaulted as unlimited.

What is Keyword Bidding?

Advertisers can bid on different keywords and domains in different countries while the minimum bidding will be shown for Advertisers’ reference.

What is AdGroup?

AdGroup is a group which can hold 5,000 keywords and 5,000 domains maximum and it allows the Advertisers bring easier control over the associated bidding over different countries. Advertisers can copy the current AdGroup settings to their new campaigns if necessary.

Apart from typing in keywords and domains, Advertisers can also add them in bulk by uploading a list in a csv file format.

What is AdGroup Bidding?

Advertisers can set the biddings of the created AdGroup individually; or apply with the existing minimum or maximum bid rate.

What is the minimum bidding over countries?

Minimum bid differs among countries. Advertisers have the full control of the maximum bid for each country. The exact bid rate would be the last bid of the followed Advertiser while one bidding interval added.

What is Frequency Cap?

Frequency Cap can help Advertisers to see how the Ad delivers. Advertisers either have no capping or they can set the quantity of impressions in a day or in an hour basis.

About Payment:
What are the payment options?

US$100 is the minimum deposit for the payment by both PayPal and Wire Payment. We accept instant payment through PayPal which can be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, checking account, or your current PayPal balance. Please note that 3% of your payment will be charged as service fee. We also accept more traditional forms of payment such as wire transfer.

How long does it take for payment processing?

This depends on the way you have chosen to deposit money. Usually an instant payment would be made after you finished the process with PayPal and return back to our site. However, there can be a 1 to 2 business day delay if Paypal encounters problem in sending back the related information to our system. If you choose to deposit money by wire transfer, it should take 1 to 3 business day(s) for our backend processing.

If you still cannot see your account balance updated after your payment were made, you can try the refresh button near the account balance, or contact us at account@adoori.com.

How can I pay with Wire Transfer?

Wire payment is for transferring funds (Credit Transfer) between bank accounts. A bank wire transfer is effected as the steps below:

  • For Advertisers, make a wire transfer to Adoori at your local bank (You can print Adoori’s banking account details on Advertiser > Account > Add Money > Wire Payment - http://www.adoori.com/advertiser/account/deposit).
  • Your bank should pass you back a confirmation statement after the payment has been made. Please send the confirmation statement back to us by email – account@adoori.com.
    Subject / Attn: [Adoori] - Request for Payment Confirmation.(with login name)
  • We’ll process with your payment and this will take about 1-3 business day(s).
